Practice Description:
Opal and Sage Art Therapy provides accessible, adaptable, and person-centered art therapy services. I welcome adult clients of all ages and abilities, with any personal concerns and conflicts regarding mental health. All of our clients are provided with the comfort and convenience of sessions in their home or center of care.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe that everyone has unique strengths and has the potential for personal growth, learning and healing. My goal is to attend to each client's needs with a holistic view and provide a safe, confidential space for this important self-work to occur. I work with the individual and/or care team to incorporate obtainable and realistic goals and often use art therapy interventions as an avenue for expression and exploration.
