Bend, OR, 97701

Practice Description:
I find that using specific techniques paired with a strengths-based, person-centered approach builds trust while providing concrete tools for growth. When appropriate, I also use the creative process of art making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. Art therapy is based on the belief that the creative process helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and achieve insight.
