Grace Fletcher, MA, ATR, LPC intern
390 Lincoln St, Suite 240
Eugene, OR, 97401

Practice Description:
I believe counseling is a process of healing, growth and positive transformation. Therapy offers the opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships and your life experience. The therapeutic process can help heal past wounds and assist you in managing the challenges you are currently facing. Each person's therapy process is different and depends on the unique needs, experiences and strengths of the individual seeking counseling.

I employ an eclectic approach to therapy, individualizing the counseling process to best suit your needs and situation. Being an art therapist, I believe the use of art in therapeutic work can enhance the experience. The opportunity to communicate concerns, challenging experiences and/or feelings through creative expression can lead to awareness and revelations traditional talk therapy may not reveal.
