I offer an eclectic approach to art therapy, and psychotherapy/counseling that can include EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to address depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, unhealthy life or relationship patterns, creative or spiritual staleness, grief and loss, and effects from trauma or emotional injuries.
