Practice Description:

I provide individual counseling and art therapy for children and adults. Clients are encouraged to work with their natural creative abilities to achieve self-acceptance and inner stability, build healthy boundaries and satisfying relationships, and express themselves with authenticity. My style is calm and empathic while direct and honest. My theoretical orientation is based in attachment, trauma, and cognitive behaviorial theories in addition to the foundational training I received in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
