Art therapy, counseling and wellness practices for youth, teens and adults facing challenges with anxiety, depression, challenges around transition (moving, loss, new school/job, break-ups, separation, divorce), and trauma. Amanda works with individuals, families and groups.
Additionally, Amanda supports therapists and healers through creative consulting and workshops to better support their clients.

Session Format: Sessions are collaborative, we check-in and from there decide what would be most supportive that day. This might include a short guided meditation, talk therapy and art therapy. Amanda has a wide variety of art media in her studio space.
