Practice Description:

Opal and Sage Art Therapy provides accessible, adaptable, and person-centered art therapy services. I welcome adult clients of all ages and abilities, with any personal concerns and conflicts regarding mental health. I offer sessions at my SE Portland office location, as well as mobile services for those whom benefit from sesions in their home or center of care.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe that everyone has unique strengths and has the potential for personal growth, learning and healing. My goal is to attend to each client's needs with a holistic view and provide a safe, confidential space for this important self-work to occur. I work with the individual and/or care team to incorporate obtainable and realistic goals and often use art therapy interventions as an avenue for expression and exploration.
