Practice Description:

I collaborate with clients by assisting them to identify patterns which are no longer serving them. By encouraging them to be kind, loving and compassionate towards themselves. Working from an empathic-based perspective, I will teach clients to nurture themselves by using the tools of creative arts therapy, cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, visualization, acupressure and EFT tapping to help find their strengths.

Practice Specialty: Trauma, anxiety, addiction and codependency.

Age Specialties: 12-55

Session Format: 50 minutes unless doing an assessment then 90 minutes

Years In Practice: 8

Office Hours: Monday- Thursday 10am- 9pm, Friday 10am-5pm

Fee: $100-140 for individuals
