Practice Description:

You will know you are living an authentic and empowered life when you are mostly happy. This does not mean life won't have challenges, but your ability to navigate them will be easier. Finding a therapist with whom you can share all of yourself- grief, disappointment, shame, anger, anxiety, etc. is essential to healing. Trust takes time to build and confidentiality and a non-judgemental environment focused on your goals for therapy will help you get there. Art therapy can be a way to express what is inside, as well as be a tool for healing.
