
Practice Description:
I offer art therapy and counseling services via telehealth to those living in Oregon. My practice is called the Art Therapy Nook. I define "nook" as a secure place to seek refuge. In the Art Therapy Nook, clients can find comfort and safety within the therapeutic relationship and the creative art process.
Practice Specialty:
Practice Specialty: I specialize in treating those with eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience treating those with substance use disorders, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and can offer that perspective to clients to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Age Specialties: Adolescents (12+) and Adults
Session Format: I offer 60-minute telehealth sessions, 90-minute telehealth sessions, and 75-minute telehealth intake sessions. I work primarily with clients individually, but am willing to work with parents/families as needed, especially when working with adolescents who have eating disorders.
Years In Practice: 3 years
Office Hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00
Fee: Intakes are $200, 60-minute sessions are $160, and 90-minute sessions are $220
