Practice Description:

I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering individual, group, and family art therapy and counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. I have over 13 years of experience in the mental health field and love to work creatively with people to address issues in a new and different way. I am trained in both art therapy and general counseling so I can use either talk or art therapy or a combination depending on your preference and what will best fit your needs. Art therapy can be a new and different therapy experience especially if you feel that therapy has not been helpful to you in the past. It can be an opportunity to explore and address issues that are difficult to express in words or help uncover new parts of yourself.

Practice Specialty: I have training and expertise in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems. I have worked for several years with adults, adolescents, and children who have experienced sexual abuse, trauma, and PTSD and with adolescents and children who have had sexual behavioral problems, including adolescents on probation for sexual crimes.
