I use both talk-based and art therapy approaches, depending on your needs and preferences.

Some things that I help people work with successfully with are addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I enjoy helping people be happier and more fullfilled. I am comfortable working with people who experience persistent symptoms of stabilized mental illness, such as hearing voices. I celebrate diversity and work with LGBTQA and straight people, as well as individuals who do not identify in any of these ways.
