I believe we are all on the verge of personal awareness and growth. Together we can take the next step to make things better.

I employ a strengths-based and client-centered approach with a speciality in Art Therapy. At some point, we've all experienced difficulty finding the right words to describe our feelings and experiences. Art and visual imagery can help provide a release when you're feeling mentally and verbally stuck. I do not concentrate on pathology or "what is wrong with you". Instead, my focus is on strengths and the things that are working for you. You can make as much or as little art as is comfortable for you. We'll work together to sort out the best approach for you.


Practice Specialty: I practice Art and Talk Therapy with children, adolescents and adults, individuals and couples who are seeking support with issues that may be common in a lot of us, but unique to the individual. Some areas of focus in my practice include:

-Communication

-Trauma and flashbacks

-Multicultural experiences


Age Specialties: Children, adolescents and adults

Session Format: 50 minute sessions with option to have back-to-back double sessions for individuals and couples

Years In Practice: 6

Office Hours: Weekdays and evenings

Fee: $75 per 50 minute session for individuals, $125 for couples; I offer a sliding scale for special financial situations.
